Payment for services rendered by My Metal Business Card will be paid in full upon order submission – verbal or electronically. Based on both service and product process, My Metal Business Card holds the right to process payment immediately upon order receipt. By submitting your order either verbally or electronically, you agree to consent to these conditions. By submitting your order, you acknowledge the general time frame of three weeks for production, after artwork approval. You also acknowledge delays may occur for any extended period of time. My Metal Business Card will make all attempts to fulfill your order complete, in a timely manner. My Metal Business Card can not and will not ever, under any circumstances, promise delivery by, or somehow guarantee, delivery of services rendered by a certain date.
We are committed to your 100% satisfaction on product and service. Should any issues arise with your order, every attempt will be made to satisfy your needs. Should you require a refund prior to any internal process having been performed, a refund less 8% of total processed amount will be returned electronically or via check. If artwork service has been performed, a refund less your artwork set-up fee ($60 per order, including packaged promotional offers) is possible. After your written artwork approval, no refund is possible as the service has been rendered and production has started on these made-to-order products. Please note clients are responsible for all spelling/grammar mistakes on their cards, once they have approved said artwork for production. Once approved for production, artwork updates or changes are not possible. Any issue with production should be noted within 30 DAYS of product delivery. We cannot re-produce or review issues with orders delivered after 30 days.
My Metal Business Card will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. My Metal Business Card will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if there is negligence of My Metal Business Card. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you to the extent that applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. My Metal Business Card total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence), or otherwise) will not be greater than the amount you paid to access this site.
The purchaser is responsible for the product shipment once it has left our office. Orders stolen from a business or home after delivery are not the responsibility of My Metal Business Card. The purchaser assumes the responsibilty of supplying an address that is safe from theft. Our shipments do not require a signature; however, one may be requested for no additional charge.
Material from www.mymetalbc.wpengine.com and any other site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by My Metal Business Card or any of its related, affiliated, or subsidiary companies may not be copied or distributed, or republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way, without the prior written consent of My Metal Business Card. EXCEPTION: You may promote this website and its content via Email, website link, printed material and other, provided you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. The material in this site is provided for lawful purposes only. All external promotion must include reference to ownership by My Metal Business Card.
