Can you create a QR code for me?

Yes, you can choose to include a QR code on your card under Advanced Settings on the product page.

For a small fee, we will create a re-usable QR code for you. There are two possible actions your QR code can trigger when it is scanned: it can either open a URL, or your contact information on the recipient's device.

Note: thanks to the special redirection technology we use, you don't have to enter your final URL or contact information on the product page – you can update or change the information at ANY point after your order – even when you receive your cards!

Thanks to our redirection technology, your QR code will never expire - simply login to the My Account to change your destination URL or vcard information whenever you prefer. Your QR code will not change, so you don’t need to order new cards if you want to use a new URL or update your vcard contact information!

Do you encode your magnetic strips?

Your cards can include HiCo or LoCo magnetic strips. Simply select either option while placing your order. We can encode your cards during production, simply select ‘Magnetic Strip Encoding’ while placing your order. You will need to provide an Excel file for the information to be encoded on each card strip.

Can you print metallic gold or silver?

Yes! This process is called foil stamping because we use a die and thin foil sheets to press the coloring onto your cards in specified locations. This feature can be added during the product options while placing an order.

Can you make my card any shape or size?

Yes! All plastic cards must be die-cut. If you’re looking for something outside of the product dimensions listed here, please contact us for a quote on producing a custom die for your production.

Is rush delivery available?

Due to the complexity of manufacturing custom plastic business cards, production generally takes 2-3 weeks from proof approval, plus ship time from our warehouse here in Southern California.

An industry first, we also offer Quick Plastic Business Cards, which are produced in 5 business days or less from artwork approval with slightly less customization options! Available in 4 different options. these cards are the same great quality, and the perfect solution for those who need cards in a flash.

Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground, but you are always welcome to select a more expedited shipping option to have your cards delivered faster once they have completed production. Please note, expedited shipping does not shorten the actual production time of the cards.

Can our order include variable names and/or numbering?

Yes, variable data can be added to each card – this can include names, numbers, embossed lettering, barcodes and more. You may add this under product options and Advanced Settings tab while placing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order once it has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you can expect cards no later than four-to- five business days based on your geographical location from our office in Southern California. To show our appreciation for your business, all orders receive $10 flat rate shipping via FedEx Ground to addresses in the continental USA.
