Carbon Fiber has gained popularity over the past few decades because it is extremely light weight and strong. And, more than anything, it looks and feels cool. Carbon Fiber feels like something out of the future, but it’s here now – and it could even be your next business card. Our Carbon Fiber is .5mm thick and, you guessed it – durable and lightweight.
Pull a credit card from your wallet – that card is 3.375 X 2.125 inches. Our industry calls these dimensions CR80 – it’s extremely common and that’s the size of our Carbon Fiber Business Cards! Because carbon fiber is so strong, we must die-cut our cards to this shape – other cutting processes simply wouldn’t be efficient. If you’re looking for a custom shape or cut-outs, please contact us for a quote.
Your artwork will be printed to the Carbon Fiber Business Card surface. We’ll include one side full color printing as part of our standard pricing and if your artwork requires double-sided printing, simply add that to your order. Each card comes in it’s own clear plastic sleeve to elevate the presentation and protect it from scratching.
Every card we produce is made-to-order and we take our quality very seriously. To preserve the carbon fiber finish, each card comes individually wrapped in its own clear plastic sleeve.
Our in-house graphic design team will render your first digital proof within 24 hours of your purchase (generally it’s within a few hours, depending on workload). You will receive an Email with your design as an attachment – please be sure to check your spam folder just in case the Email ends up there. You can respond to the Email with any revisions, or your confirmation for production.
General production time is approximately 10 business day after artwork confirmation.
If you are supplying vector artwork in the correct layout, there are no set-up fees. If you would like us to design your card, we offer a design service with up to five changes.
Yes, under the ADVANCED SETTINGS drop down, you will see an option for Expedited Production for 24hr or 48hr. production.
Yes! And, there is no split fee if each person orders 50pcs or more. Simply note this in the 'Design Content' section while completing your order.

During the order process, first select your quantity. Next, select if you will supply your own artwork, or have our internal design team work on your layout. Either way, you can upload up to three files by clicking the ‘UPLOAD’ buttons under the Artwork Service step.
Our pricing includes rounded corners and one side full color printing. And, each card comes in its own plastic sleeve for protection.
If for some reason you don’t like the initial proof of your design, we will work with you on your design until you are completely happy – that is our promise. Our second promise is that when you have your cards and hand them out, you will become a customer for life. Unlike other competitors, we have an entire team of in-house graphic designers at our offices in Southern California. If needed, they will literally pick-up the phone to call you – or you can call them at any time during business hours. We’re friendly, promise! :)

Our carbon fiber cards are die-cut into CR80 dimensions (credit card – 2.12 X 3.37”). Custom cut-outs on the Carbon Fiber are possible, but will require a custom die and thus additional costs. Please call or write for additional information.

STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof. Please note any changes and our designers will work with you until you love your card layout. Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.
STEP 3 | PRODUCTION & SHIPPING After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 2 weeks (unless you add-on expedited production). Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
